This is an online store that allows ABLE programs in the state of Ohio to request items from the Resource Center free of cost. Many of the items may be downloaded electronically via the websites listed.  If you have trouble downloading an item, you may request a hardcopy from the Northeast ABLE Resource Center.

4)  "Assessment of Program Success Factors:  An ABLE Retention Tool "

"Purpose:

The purpose of this assessment instrument is two-fold.  It will provide ABLE practitioners with a tool to assess and analyze individual program elements in order to identify strengths and needs.  It will also help practitioners identify practices and strategies that lead to successful implementation of Ohio's Indicators of Program Quality.  While this self-assessment does not yield a "score", it does offer a comprehensive and systematic method to evaluate and analyze program variables.  This information can be used to develop retention objectives that reflect program-specific needs and indiviudality, and guide the development of a successful retention plan."
