Mission


The mission of the Ohio Resource Center Network is to Support the ABLE System to Enhance Student Achievement.


Goal I

To provide quality professional development in the form of training, resource, and technical assistance.

Objective A: Assess, evaluate, and respond to the identified needs of programs and personnel for continuous improvement
Objective B: Provide a comprehensive delivery system that reflects the variety of needs of those served
Objective C: Regularly collect, review, develop and provide access to resources
Objective D: Provide technical assistance


Goal II

To support research and development efforts related to ABLE's current and future needs.

Objective A: Research related issues and trends
Objective B: Support development of resources
Objective C: Support research-based projects and practices


Goal III

To provide leadership through cooperation, collaboration, advocacy, and communication.

Objective A: Act as a liaison between programs and ODE for planning, communication, and development
Objective B: Advocate for ABLE
Objective C: Participate in joint planning, coordination, and collaboration among the national, state, regional, and local levels
